2. Developer Publishing Agreement
Developers publishing APKs through Tapfolio Games represent and warrant that they possess all requisite intellectual property rights, licenses, and authorizations to distribute the software. Submissions containing malware, predatory spyware, unauthorized copyrighted assets, or prohibited content will be permanently removed and accounts suspended.
3. Editorial Discretion & Review
Tapfolio Games reserves the unilateral right to approve, request revisions, reject, or unpublish any game at its sole editorial discretion to safeguard platform integrity and player safety.
4. Android APK Installation
APKs downloaded from Tapfolio Games are provided for direct installation on Android devices supporting sideloading. Users are responsible for configuring their device security preferences to allow installation from trusted browser sources.
